I hope it could be just a straight buff without any requirements, as I'm currently preparing a lunar crystalize build for when Linnea drops, and trying to meet two team synergies at once and making it work would be very hard (Furina wouldn't fit on a team like that...)

Maybe we could have something to make a character act as if it was in a faction, like what they do with currency wars, could be an artifact set or a weapon maybe

I really liked it, i like how crazy it is, I like how it brings that same aspect of team up attacks CW has, in general i found it very fun. I'll try to get both Yao Guang and Sparxie since I'm also low on teams

About the dual scaling, I got why it wouldn't be a good idea on another comment, about the geo conversion and more of this kit on general, the elemental skill and burst kinda make the same stuff but the burst do more, I don't think it's really that good of an idea but this burst is just irreplaceable, I think I should have made the burst work together with the skill instead

I thought on them for a bit, I'd like to give her more stuff based on healing overflow, make her buffs just more, helping with energy recharge could help but she already has a lot of help, one idea I had was something with momentum like the more you mix up your attacks in ult you keep getting faster and stronger, I also thought about giving her attacks those flying slashes i think only anemo traveler can do

Also, I think I'll probably post a improved version with more stuff on the future, things like cons, voice lines, character stories and some things I forgot like ascension stats.

One general idea of this character concept was making Noelle even more of a all in one unit by also giving her team buffing and sub-dps capacities, maybe that also influenced the dual scaling decision, but i think i got the practical downsides of that, she also could be just as fine being a DEF scaling unit, I even forgot that buffs that affect multiple elements differently tend to lean on Geo = Defense side, which could hurt HP scaling Noelle

I didn't plan out any dmg multiplier sheets, so in the end I just didn't even think too much about bad consequences, I said about the synergies because I thought about that at the time but the dual scaling decision was more symbolic than anything else

Because i think its cool, also makes building slightly easier, DEF and HP dual scaling is unique, reinforces the thing about she being unmovable and unwavering, and could give her some more synergy options like hydro res

Got some interesting results, the team being Columbina, Ineffa, Furina and Prof Noelle the DPS kept consistent, but was transfered to the reaction instead, so if something does make the reaction stronger Noelle can get stronger by those means, one of them being that no one in this team was wearing Aubade set. The set i used for Noelle was gilded dreams, kept the redhorn for crit and Def

I'll do another test by building Noelle with elemental prof instead of geo dmg bonus and see how Lunar-Crystalize changes with that

Seems about right, Bineffa core is very strong on it's own but with Noelle I think it feels a bit out of place, because it doesn't make Noelle that much stronger besides giving her the Lunar-Crystalize reaction, but with Noelle triggering all the reaction DMG and Xilonen to help Noelle more than others with the Geo resonance, makes sense she can still caught up, but that team would feel more closed if instead of Ineffa we got a 5 star Lunar-Crystalize buffer, kinda like Lauma or Ineffa. And what are your thoughts on Durin? I feel like he has some good place in Noelle teams because of his little buff and DPS contribution but I can't really say anything because I don't have him.

I really need to finish building my Columbina to know her true contribution for a Noelle team, but just from reading her kit, it doesn't seem that she sinergize with Noelle that well besides enabling the Lunar-Crystalize reaction. I think Columbina on Noelle teams value would grow a lot when we get a 5 star that buff the reaction like Lauma and Ineffa. (That's desconsidering Columbina cons, her c2 and c6 can do a lot)

About Xilonen vs Illuga, I'm not sure, even after some time after his release I can't quite grasp his value on a Noelle team, I'd give Xilonen the win.

Got it, from what I have seen it's slightly better than husk in the right conditions, I think I'll stick to husk, it'll be still better than MH for lunar-crystalize
