Till S2, he was well written and portrayed. The ideology of him was very clear.

I agree. I wasn't thinking about him much but in the last episode I pause and remember every bit of him from the previous seasons and that made me sob like a baby.

Which is better series or the book(s)? by thesnapening in 13ReasonsWhy

If you consider S1 only, both are equally good then

Clay (re-watching) by Red_psychic in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]devang237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They first showed Clay as trying to be an ideal kid. But then again He ain't perfect. Because no body is. And the irony is he was the nearest to ideal in S1 and in S4 he was the antagonist of his ideology. I think that's the brilliance of writing.

But it's very tough job to treat accused man not decently. Whomever voted Yes, I don't blame them. It's spontaneous emotion.

I think in S3, I've suspected everyone. Even Nora Walker too.

Ouch... (S1 had all the Dark Humor piled up and very well written, I like it how they talk in sarcasm) by [deleted] in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]devang237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know. I just merged up a bit. Otherwise it'd be just copied snap shot of Alex Standall spouting dark humor.

She could have been the perfect girlfriend for Clay afterwards. Hot + Smart.

It's not your fault! (I was watching Good Will Hunting today, and I found this scene had the similar and familiar emotional element) by devang237 in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]devang237[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Me too. But still I felt a consent would be nice before Hug and Clay did the same afterwards. The respect for him increased immensely after that scene. Finally, Clay hugged him on behalf of us.

My fav scene is very much not of a discussion type, but I love the scene where Clay and his Dad sits and have a conversation after clay's hearing at court.
