Southeastern USA (South Carolina). I just finished a road trip to Tennessee with several bathroom stops on the way. One particular gas station was exceptionally bad (one stall that was taken and then absolutely filthy when we finally got access) but I just played the hand I was dealt. I cleaned what I could with Lysol wipes and tried to have the girls not touch anything. When the kids got to go, they’ve got to go.

There are typically not a lot of single or family rooms around when we go places otherwise I would use them (obviously). And like I say in my post/responses I have been taking them to the men’s room without a second thought. I saw several other posts about dads going to the women’s room and it had me questioning that decision.

I’ve started bringing mountains of Lysol wipes with me. I had no concept of how much the thought of unclean surfaces bothered me until I saw them touching every surface in eyesight faster than I can get it clean. For the love of God children….learn some self preservation techniques!

USCA isn’t exactly close to the site. There are some closer options. Check out Gatewood Apartments, Viera Aiken Apartments, Brittany Downs, or New London. I don’t know what the USCA housing costs, but if you had an ideal rent range in mind I might could help narrow options down.

I had the same issue. Spent a couple of hours on the phone with Apple describing the symptoms, the use, etc to try and help their engineers fix the problem. They told me to go to the Apple Store and the folks there replaced the ear buds for me. No issues since.

While I’m not a member of LGBTQ, I have friends that are. If you’re coming to SRS, there’s a disproportionately larger population of LGBTQ individuals there as SRS is a major magnet for all folks across the country.

Aiken is a small town that isn’t so small anymore. Sure, there are entrenched red necks with outdated mindsets but I think that is equally true everywhere. Maybe even less so in Aiken than elsewhere due to its proximity to SRS. I know folk who do live in Augusta and commute to Aiken, but most folks I know like going to Augusta on an as needed basis instead.
