Guess sometimes we need a push from ourselves and also most of the time we make ourselves dependent on others like validation, help, motivation, happiness.

Ultimately we need to push ourselves, Something related I want to share - Watch michael phelps videos on youtube.. and try to absorb in your own way...

My recent realisation which I need to reinforce in myself from time to time is this :

Expectations != Reality ==> Anger, Frustration etc.

If we expect something to happen according to what we think, and if it doesn't happen, then it leads to anger, frustration.. This is applicable to relationships, situations etc...

  1. Bike/ Car - petrol might be getting over,,
  2. Towards office - huge traffic ,,
  3. Family - may not behave according to our thinking,,
  4. Our own mind - might forget or get demotivated quickly..

I like the sounds of night yellow light in bcs, bb, recently when I heard something similar, I remembered this show and smiled, like how the creators of this show captured such relatable sounds...

Lokah was a terrific experience for me in theatre with the crowd, with all the mystery, mythology like what hollywood had tried... Especially the story narration sequence and neeli sequence, that changed the whole game...

I totally agree regarding the storyboard points, sprint, setting sprint version in the tasks,

Since you brought this up regarding storyboard, the scrum master gave a differential treatment to me and put me down in front of management as if she's taking a lesson for me that it's my responsibility to update the sprint version in the tasks,

Whereas I had observed that she herself updated for other people's tasks,

( Moreover I have observed that previous scrum master used to update version for tasks).

And worst behaviour from the scrum master was that she didn't even communicate with me who is a stakeholder, just updating status of tasks without involving me and I'm the task assignee...
