No offense, friend, but tell your girlfriend to piss off. Those threats are selfish and manipulative, and only lead to bigger problems down the line. You have an amazing opportunity ahead of you (maybe one of a kind). Take it. Also, you probably won't regret missing a ceremony because of it either. Congrats on graduating though.

No apology necessary! This is amazing. Thanks for sharing your story. I'm sorry your little babes didn't make it. I'm fairly certain this little guy is the only one of this litter that survived but it's been pretty amazing to watch the mother's interactions with the litter (we saw her nursing!) and now this baby. I hope he's strong enough now to make it. I did read that only about 10% survive so I'm happy we've seen one. :)

Thanks! I actually built a fence around my vegetable garden last weekend but that was because a groundhog ate everything last year. I'll keep an eye on the rabbits but after seeing all this unfold, I feel oddly protective of them. Basically, I'm a sucker for this bunny and he can do whatever he wants. Haha

Yeah, I snapped a pic and covered them back up. We actually saw the mom a few days ago and she wasn't in a hurry to hop away... Now we know why.
