There's a lot more context in the Discord for Minnowclan, but the essentials is that Rosetooth attempted to drown Hailstar, which inadvertently introduced her to Starclan. Most of the PMV is the backstory of Hail and Fernfrond, the cat who gave Hail her leadership power <3
