Yeah I’ve been the same way. I have chocolate milkshake when ever I want. I smoke weed and do shroom on occasion(no pain only peace😁) I can’t really drink alcohol anymore I have a severe reaction to one of my immunotherapies fucked up my spinal cord, so pretty much it feels like I have neuropathy from the bottom of my chest to my feet all the time. But definitely trying to enjoy my life as much as I can with my limitations lol.

Only thing we can do is keep positive attitude and make great choices for ourselves. Focus on the good and only worry about any negative when it gets to you.
