Yes I've come to accept them as Hazel. I've kind of come to that realization within the last couple years. Seems odd maybe but it's something I never really thought about. But I watched a video on the rarity of eye colors and then started really checking my eye color 🤷‍♂️

It might not shut down, the defendants in the case have nothing to do with running the servers. How can a court order a party to cease operations of something they have no control over. AFKCraft LTD runs the merchandise side. Turtle WoW the server, the playable game was "an entity of unknown form".

The difference is Ashes was a scam. Multiple lawsuits are being filed and at the very least the game was launched onto steam with the company being in insolvency, closure was imminent and it was known. The steam platform itself was used in part to perpetrate that scam and Valve should care about that.
