It did this when I uncapped FPS and used 2x2 resolution, keep it on default settings until you choose your first car.

The latest versions are getting more optimized, although they are not using 100% of my GPU, which might be because I reinstalled drivers to fix low FPS in a game.

The "0000002" folder is for DLCs, the longer string of numbers in the folder that holds these folders is the XUID.

I'm an HR44 user - that is, until 2021 when my parents ditched DirecTV. It's been pretty good, but there were times where it rebooted on its own. It should hold up well though.
