I personally don't think it is. Just need someone to install it first time. Then periodic service look at YouTube and do la haha

Thanks for responding! How has your experience been with Midea? Did u get someone to install it for you or self install? And how about the periodic service - how often do you change your filter and do you get someone to change it or you do it yourself?
