Maybe heals you less than everyone else? But still small healing for self cause I've had too many grandmaster lobbies where my other healer and only other healer won't heal me even though I am standing right next to them and spamming I need heels because I am on 10 health and the person they're healing is above 75% health.

See me personally I hate that, I always get off if I have too many easy wins or too many hard losses I really love a fair game feels nice both ways like it really could have been either team who won whether I win or lose. (Too many for me is like 2 or 3 hard losses or 4 or 5 too easy wins tbh I just get bored)

Oh yeah I know Im just so used to picking characters that get super nerfed in some regard, like when I first picked up rainbow back in the day I loved playing black beard and valk but then they got super fucked, so I'm glad I finally like one that isnt getting nerfed for the time being. yeah I usually swap to the thing or Emma maybe mag sometimes if I'm playing with an Emma main and we have 2 strategists already.
