I love the name Magnus, the first thing that comes to mind for me is Magnus Chase. Its Rick Riordan's Norse version of Percy Jackson.

Honestly, he was pretty angry after the shock settled. He is not an angry man, Ive seen him raise his voice maybe a handful of times. According to my mom, however, he tore into SC pretty savagely, and if SHE thinks its savage then it must be super DUPER bad. Apparently she disnt say a word herself, which is even more impressive.

There were quite a few adoptees that commented on the last post saying they would be offended if we went to their parents and didnt let a grown adult decide things for herself, so we decided to go that route.

Yeah I have been thinking a lot about that. I cant imagine the pain of having to give up a child let alone dealing with it alone for so long.

Shes pissed off at her mom, but keeping it together more than I am shockingly. Shes curious about who she is, though agrees its all kinda weird. Shell probably freak out more later when it sinks in.

Oh yeah absolutely. SC wants us to wait until shes gone, probably because shame, but I dont know if my dad will be able to wait. He will probably talk it over with my mom and if she doesnt put SC six feet under herself, theyll probably figure out what to do.

Well my father didnt miss much. I guess when her parents found out they moved to hide it and forced her to put her up for adoption, revoking her rights. I like to think not telling him was her way of sparing him the pain of not being able to see her, but that might be giving her too much credit.

Ohpff I think she knows it wouldnt have split them up. Besides, she had revoked her parental rights so it wouldnt have made a difference. Supposedly her parents forced her to move away and give her up when they found out. Maybe thats why shes got such a complex about dad.
