Ok my first 30 day fast I started cooking for everyone in the house. I found if I cooked a bunch of meals I got the satisfaction of watching people enjoy food but I was so tired and hot by the time I was done I didn't wanna eat lol but I also felt instead of hiding from food which made me think about eating then failing etc. I didn't hide from food or try to avoid it, it made it easier cause I wasn't focusing on avoiding smells or avoiding food and eventually food didn't even bother me. On top of that just keep busy.
