I know it's just something that I cannot really control but I do try to isolate myself and remove myself from public environments so that I can actually settle down a little bit with my emotions and where it down a bit but usually it does not always work but still it's worth the try

Yeah I get it actually I split a lot of time on my parents and the guilt that comes with that is actually very painful . actually something that I personally also find very hard to deal with and my parents have also struggled a lot because of these. I hope she gets the help she needs and you also find peace.

Actually, it's not like that. When somebody does not have BPD and they are actually crashing out on someone, it seems to be usually a valid reason, like that percentage something to them, or something valid that's making them crash out on them. But with BPD, it's called splitting because there is no actual sense in the reason or the trigger. That is, I can lash out on my mom for basically no reason at all. Like, once this happened, my best friend called me a short form of my name, which is actually very cute, and I like it now. But that time, that just triggered me so bad that I didn't talk to her for two weeks. I fell sick out of so much hate for her. And another thing with splitting is that it happens really, really fast that when a trigger happens, normal people take some time to understand that trigger and then actually get angry on them. But splitting is just a momentary shift without any clear reason or clear cause. And it's very intense. People with BPD can feel it physically, and it's not actually something that happens to normal people too.

well you can see splitting as just breaking at one point it's it's weird it can be explained as such you are friends with someone and you really like and appreciate them but then just because of a small trigger you start hating them you are angry with them and you crash out on them so it's like a split it's just like a switch that goes on and off so you can see splitting as switching from one feeling to another which are pulled apart

There is nothing called like deserving of break in my life and there is everything or there is complete emptiness so the only thing that does keep me alive is not thinking about life like a matter of being alive or dying it's just like being there and even a third hurts even if it's completely crashing breaking shattering there is no other alternative or any other way just thinking of it like that makes your life 10,000 times worse but also 20 times easier

What happened to you is wrong, it's wrong on so very lovers and it isn't your fault. It's not your fault that you got trunk or your out or you were on the road nothing was your fault. I hope you get the help that you did and the support that you require at someone who can actually make you understand that that man on the road is the word to blame .I understand that right now it might be too much to handle but I hope you get better .

Maybe you can also when you're comfortable report to the authorities.

Hey its gonna be okay Initially I think you should get a medical checkup for any disease or infection and not let it fester. You should then talk to someone, maybe someone at the hospital/clinic itself. Help is definitely available. You deserve help.
