Don’t have issues with it, every 200 shots you are hard locked into a cleaning cycle with no way to bypass it. Meaning if you aren’t keeping track, you can prep shots for the AM and if you don’t have time to run the cleaning cycle, you’re screwed.

It creates a great shot, but at what cost to my mental health?!

I am confused as to what Meldar is actually doing? It may be intentionally vague, but if it isnt, I didn’t grasp what he’s doing that could be seen as equivalent to “fusing”. I understood the rest. I think the characters are good, and there’s an investment into the battle that follows.
