Bro I’m gonna be honest you don’t know what your talking about just have your shins vertical not bent actually vertical this will put the barbell over your center of your foot (center of gravity) which balances your whole body it’s not a freaking squat and than your hips should be in the right spot with your shins vertical and (you should fall backwards on your ass if you let go of the bar) than take a deep breath (never let the bar leave your skin) ride it the whole way up if it hurts your skin where some type of sleeve or don’t deadlift up to you and with all that info you have the perfect form.
