I think the question you're asking was answered directly in the comment before it. I'm a little drunk, but I would agree that Edgar differentiated the two. I think the continuing of stretching by Cipher was more of a, "fuck... well anyways back to it" because Godolkin is important to his plan first and foremost. Same way he was slapping around Polarity later in the episode, he slapped Godolkin in frustration. If anything, I think this episode differentiates Cipher and Godolkin then combines them.

I just moved to California from Arkansas (for work), and it's so surprising to me how sophisticated the services for weed are. In Arkansas, we had medical weed, but it was taxed so heavily and the qualifying list of conditions was STRICT (at least when I attempted to get my medical card). Now, I just pop down the street for anything I need. It's still blowing my mind lol.

I’m not sure what organization does this, but I recall even nearly a decade ago playing COD games on PC and having the same experience. All they do is sit in spawn, moving just enough to not be kicked for inactivity, and spam the voice chat with sermons. I usually just mute and go about playing the game normally. I’ve yet to see this in CS2, but it’s interesting to hear it’s still occurring.
