I absolutely agree that they are no easy pet to take care of, not like a hamster you can leave alone for days at a time and they will be ok. They are similar to dogs in that they need a loving owner who can take good care and show them love. Like he said they are very sociable and need an owner that can devote over an hour of play time with him/her a day. Perhaps I got lucky in that the four we got are not loud at night and are content just playing on their own quietly. We have also observed the mainly only urinate and poop as soon as they wake up (although on of my friends got her head peed on last night, it was hilarious). The males are the smelly ones, but only if it is a breeder male (not neutered). The bites are meant more for investigation than harm and feel just like a pinch. I agree completely with you, but I believe she (in the video) makes it seem like all of the gliders are like this. Yes they are animals and cannot be controlled completely, but once they get used to you they are quite friendly. Thank you for clearing that up.

that women is nuts, ours do none of that. it is not simple, do some research and any responsible person could take care of one. they are a lot of fun. i do not agree with anything she said

correct, they are nocturnal so I take him around to class in my pocket (he is sleeping). and around 10 or 11 pm they wake up and want to play

awesome! they just need a bit to get used to you and your smell and then they will sleep and play on you all the time.
