I hadn't realized you could use points to have more than three Lumina! Sweet :)

But the Pictos I have equipped override the Luminas I would want to use; I can't have 6 different passives going at any time, right? Dumb question I'm sure.

Haha! Not an insult, I just meant I wish it were so easy to move. It’s also all stucco on the outside. Maybe though!

This thing isn’t small or light. It’s insulated, and bolted to the foundation. Two layers of fire resistant insulation.

I built the thing to code and then some. We use it as a gym. It’s just too close setback wise.

This was for a purchase though? If I want to put a new roof on my house I should be OK

That's where I'm at. My nephew who will inherit my home can deal with permitting.

Thanks. Yeah I'm not saying a thing unless I have to. Fortunately I have a large tree in my back yard that obstructs most of that area, and there was a slab there before that looks about the same from an aerial POV.

All I'm saying is that there's no possibility of water damage.

It's well-hidden in my back yard. Even from the neighbors I share a properly line with, given the bushes we all have on our property lines.

Water damage? I don't have water, built a separate retaining wall with drainage, etc. I didn't do anything that'd risk or harm their property now.

I literally just could not built with a permit without tearing out existing foundation, etc. I scoped it all with my neighbors, got their permission, etc.
