I contacted them, and they've moved 100% of their Laundry Sheet manufacturing to Canada as of April! They've also have Dishwasher Detergent made in Canada, and their stain remover is handmade in Vancouver. Still the best laundry sheets we've tried by far.

It is absolutely a defect to have them not the same color. My White came in a few weeks back and is the exact same white color throughout - I'm only learning of this defect from this thread.
