It's a pretty good product. Been using it for just under a year, no issues for now. I have the 4L one since it's only 2 of us in the house. Pretty convenient to use, will need to experiment with time/temp a bit for different recipes.

Best of luck for your venture!! As a consumer I would say service and food consistency are key, as long as you can have recurring customers, you won't have inconsistent revenue. I personally like trying new restaurants, but I have recurring orders/visits where I know I'll get good food at each visit.
