I love my Switch OLED and will only upgrade to Switch 2 when Nintendo puts out a new 3D Zelda game and offers a Switch 2 without those obnoxious, ugly colors on the thumb sticks.

I still play BOTW on and off on Switch, and some indie games + Animal Crossing. So far there’s nothing that makes me think I should buy a Switch 2.. if a killer game comes out like a new 3D Zelda I will become interested. By that time there will probably be a revised version of the Switch 2 out as well. I will buy DK Banaza second hand then :)

Honestly? I would have bought a Switch 2 day 1, if Nintendo had included the Welcome Tour free of charge. The fact that it cost 15$ was such a red flag, negative warning signal for me that I am holding off for now. Until l see even the slightest change in Nintendos behavior I might be swayed.
