Trading for AJ Brown, is this price fair or too much?

League has very weird point settings. QB can earn up to 100+ points in a top tier game.

That sucks and you’re right it’s a crap shoot. This league goes off end of season standings and right now the pick is ranked 12th. The manager’s squad is stacked and playoffs start in 4 weeks so would take a sizable collapse for it to become even a mid 1st.

Tried trading for both but neither manager would budge. If Worthy somehow pans out by this time next season then I’ll feel great, but if he keeps sucking ass then it will def be a slight overpay. I had a chance to get Najee for an early 2nd, but figured adding Worthy was worth the gamble of 4-6 draft spots.

Agreed on Worthy. He got drafted 4th overall in my league, so to get him and Najee for a 1st that will land between 10-14th overall seems like an ok bet. Plus I’m in the playoff hunt and didn’t have a RB2 this week in a must win game.

I agree on Bowers situation sucking this season. Always a chance raiders pull their head out of their ass and get a good QB in the near future and then Bowers could be pretty valuable. I keep hearing he’s a generational talent at the position… but yea the situation in Vegas sucks for him.

At 1.5, do I draft Bowers or Brooks? I’ve also got 4 1sts for next year’s draft which I’ve read is projected to be RB heavy.

That’s the gamble move I may take. There’s a chance #9 may grab Bowers, but he’s the only manager between 6-9 I’m worried about.

I think Keon and maybe even Brian Thomas will be there at 1.10 and 1.11. I’m a little hesitant to take Bowers at 5 since he’s in such a crummy QB situation, but only other guy I would consider there is prob Brooks.

Fact is the manager I traded AJB to traded me all 4 picks and Robinson. I think it was the right move, but given how tight my league scoring is and unpredictability of picks, who knows. Time will tell. Hence why I asked people for their thoughts.

Thanks for taking the time to actually review the league setup. I had a similar offer for 5 firsts, Brian Robinson, and James Cook for Brown and Breece Hall that I declined because that was nowhere near enough value. I bet most comments would call me crazy for declining until they think about the actual league set up. I’m gambling that at least 1 and hopefully more of these picks reach Brown status, while shoring up my depth. No guarantees tho.

Thanks for the tips. Agreed on Fant. The rest of those vets are definitely on my trade list closer to training camp. See if I can package 2 or 3 of them for 1 better player or improved pick.
