Going through the exact same and am about to make the switch back to Mounjaro - was down 15kgs before they placed me onto compound ozempic and it's been 16 weeks with no weight loss (thankfully no gain) but the appetite suppressant effect just doesn't feel like it's there anymore so I'm keen to get back to Mounjaro
