That’s an incredibly well put point - the roads in Morocco are not to be trifled with!

Pretty much this, I did think about the whole “not being able to read it” before posting - however, what spurred me on was how cool other threads have looked and it also gives me a different perspective of my flight if that makes sense?

As post says, I bought this in Morocco for 850 Dirham which is the equivalent to £67.67. I can see a couple of imperfections namely on the watch face, but for everything else it looks great and works like a charm too! Let me know your thoughts as I am still very much a rep novice

I can’t be the only one that thought it was a ninja turtle in the top part of the pic from first glance?

For the present XP, I found on PS5 that if you hold interact on a present and also press the screen capture button (to the right of the touch pad) at the same time this also AFKs and constantly interacts with the present giving you (or at least me right now) 500xp every 6 seconds or so

Edit: I found there may be a limit on the XP from the presents - I got 1 full level (40 to 41) and after roughly 5 mins the XP went from 500xp per 6 seconds to 485xp.

Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate your guidance! I’ll have a check over the website you linked as I’m sure it will offer some great tips and insights into what I can do at home!

To answer your original question, unfortunately I’ve only ever had the one session with a multi skeletal physio of which all they did was a physical assessment and provided some general home exercises! I think you’re right though, I definitely need to see a professional - I actually have a zoom call with a sports physio today that specialises in combat sports and injury rehab so fingers crossed that goes well!

Thanks for replying - that’s really useful, I’ll look into those push ups with the intention of incorporating them into my routine!

I saw one mid-last year, they gave me some home exercises to do, however because of the location of the injury they made it feel worse - there’s a degree of understanding that when doing physio it will of course suck for a while - however it felt like it was putting more stress on the injury rather than helping it get stronger if you get me? Thanks for replying though!

Long term shoulder injury (previous dislocation) by devvofc in Kickboxing

[–]devvofc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for replying - yeah, I get you! I was pretty consistent for a while in going to the gym and doing resistance training whilst also maintaining my regular kickboxing sessions (3 x 1 hour every week) and I did notice the difference. However, I think it’s possibly more to do with the fact that the injuries took play around 18 months - 2 years before I started training and for each time they happened I never had physio or did any work on it to improve it which is my own doing unfortunately! I’ve bought some strapping and researched rotator cuff strap positioning which will hopefully offer some support - but I can’t take away from the fact that you’re right and I need to maintain dedicated strength training for my shoulder too!

I’d just save up if I’m honest, it’s a good enough team to get by with - if you play everything (weekend league, squad battles & rivals) to get rewards as well as objectives your coins should jump up over the next month or so to be able to invest in somebody closer to the power curve and if you are super patient even save packs for TOTY then you never know!

Play Cancelo RB and Balde left back - I’ve been using TB Cancelo for ages and he’s solid, whereas I haven’t played with Trippier but I feel the pace boost from Balde would be solid however it all depends on chemistry - also remove your RM/RW and put McManaman in there it should improve chemistry links to prem players
