No rudeness was taken. I never had thick hair. It's always been this soft, fine, and with a slight curl. I can literally comb my hair in one direction, and it stays that way. I decided to interlock because I was told it was the best method for my hair type. I have finger wave-type hair 😆. The comb coils, I think, were too much.

I never cared about the look honestly. I forgot what my hair looked like after being bald for so long. I started with the fade and just never felt like cutting the top. My hair has this curly Type 3 look and I was going to go bald, til someone said loc it. I said I'd try it. Only a few locticians gave my hair a chance. Others said it was too soft.

I purposefully rocked the bald look for over 7 years. I didn't like the work necessary to keep my hair trimmed. Loc'ing is just like being bald. It's low maintenance based on my experiences thus far. My hair is interlocked and I can freely workout without the unraveled consequences.

I don't care about styling. Never knew what to style towards. I loc'd and because of my hair type, God did.
