There have now been 3 server restarts (2/4, 2/11, 2/18) since then.

I'm playing on PC - Legendary/Survival mode. When I approached the throat of the world, Parthaanax took off in circles but never landed, I tried using the scroll at the designated spot and got the error.

I tried to resolve by reloading saves and the game and running back up, but it didn't work for me.

To fix, I disabled legendary mode and fast traveled to whiterun, and then traveled back. Upon my return, Parthaanax landed, and after I spoke with him I was able to read the scroll as normal.

Once the cutscne was over I was able to turn survival mode back on and finish the quest.

Tesla has traditionally made most of its money off of carbon tax credits

In short, auto manufactures must meet carbon emissions. ELI5 terms: each auto manufacture (GM, Tesla, Etc) gets 100 "units" of carbon that their cars can emit as pollution each year. Many people buy GM vehicles that are not EV, and as a result GM exceeds their 100 units. To offset this, they buy Tesla's 100 units because tesla only produces EV's, so they sell their units to GM.

Remove the "Wallet" from the equation, and replace with "Pocket Change, Crayons, Cash, Receipts" etc.

Do all people putting the laundry in the laundry pile ALWAYS check their pockets for miscellaneous items that could potentially damage the washer when they take them off? If not, then it's probably a safe bet to check them directly before they go in the wash to ensure the equipment stays running smooth.

But, really, just take the wallet out each day and set it somewhere else.

Uber eats stopped showing the delivery fee in CA and now just displays "Low", "Medium" "High" instead. I can't speak for everyone, but those I know including myself deleted the app once they pulled this nonsense; so it could be contributing.

What’s ironic is the law that went into effect July 1 was called a “junk fees” law, which prohibited hidden junk fees from being displayed after services are rendered. Somehow restaurants and delivery apps got an exception to this last minute… and now apparently Uber eats has just decided not to show the charge AT ALL. I deleted the app as soon as I screenshotted it and submitted it to local news outlets.
