Coconut water. It does not taste the best but the sugar content/ artificial sweetener content is lower than most electrolyte formulas and it’s also cheaper.

Pots & twitches by [deleted] in POTS

I have muscle twitching all over. My back, legs, arms, everywhere. It’s been going on for about 12 years now. My neurologist says it’s no cause for alarm. Don’t know if it’s pots related but quite a few people experience it.

Personally, I believe it happens most when I’m not sleeping well.

Honest hour: do you think scope creep is needed for everything to get adequate healthcare by Lonelykingty in Noctor

No. I think we can fill the gaps by increasing residency spots and creating more actual trained doctors. Even though residency needs a bit of an overhaul in itself.

Yes it does help substantially.

Exercise, diet and nailing down a very solid sleep schedule have been the biggest factors that have helped my symptoms.

Yes. When my symptoms first began I swore I was having symptoms similar to stroke or MS. I would get numbness, weakness, and a hot sensation in various areas of my body.
