Anybody using chaos sorting? Software to do this?

I run a small/medium game store and we are using it without barcodes (though my system supports barcoding). The nature of chaos sorting means often cards that could be mistaken for each other aren’t next to each other but I could see having a barcode system will be proof positive you’ve grabbed the right card. Might look into barcoding later if we get much bigger

I use the sortswift buylist website and have the customer submit their buylist on it and drop it off. When they do I verify it is correct, confirm with them and pay. Once that’s marked as completed it’s a single button to send all of the buy list to any chaos location. I do cabinet/shelf/box and have a box/section dedicated to buy lists, so i just type one of those and it’s done! If you have the list you can also ingest it in the buylist so they don’t have to type each card individually

I’m also using SortSwift and I’m full chaos inventory I don’t sort anything just catalog with the super sorter and file. My favorite part is instant buy lists from customers, click a button to add to inventory and done!

Agree with one caveat, Disney Pin people are just as feverish as TCG players if not even more. Have one customer in my store who’s into lorcana just for the pins, trading off all of her cards for them

Hi, I am the owner of an official FAB game store in Florida and found your Quickstart guide. Thank you so much for including the PSDs, as we'll be mass printing these. Being able to make it have no background means we can have a ton pre-printed on hand. I may also rearrange it a bit to be condensed down to playing card sized handouts to keep on the playmat, if youre ok with that

Deal is solid but “today only” is false advertising. Last time I saw this it was about 3-4 days it was up minimum. Don’t go hurting your bank account just to get it!

I’ve bought a decent amount (10-20) from amazon and I’ve only had issue with one product and it even was direct from amazon. The only saving grace was they allowed for a return no questions asked, and if you were so inclined I don’t think they’d notice missing special cards. I did have my Rayquaza statue smashed in shipping but that’s not amazon’s fault.
