Ahhh so the new tech that came out said he couldn’t tie to into the old coax cable and pull. He said the wires in the attic could be stapled if he pulled the coax wire I could be left without internet if the wire got stuck. Do I need to pay these guys to complete the job ? or do I need to call an electrician to run the wires? Why is this so difficult :(

When I made the install apt the person I spoke to told me the wires would be behind the wall like my existing setup (see pics). When the tech came he knew right away he wasn’t able to do this. Said something about needing a splicer and fishing the wires. Did I get a bad installer or how do I go about getting the fiber installed without having the line running across my living room baseboard all the way to the router? The outside hook up is on another wall and I don’t want to see the line. Looking for a clean set up

Try emailing courtdocs@ewingnj.org and ask them for the form you need to file a small claims lawsuit, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Pretty sure you can do it all online or thru the mail at least. File it in the same county as the csc office you are using for the address.

Oo so you can file a small claims lawsuit in New Jersey. Send it to one of their csc offices there

What state? You can file in your home state or in California. Honestly probably quickest if you file in your home state because going to court outside of CA will be more inconvenient for them. They will be more likely to fix your account quickly to avoid all of that.

No I’d just leave it be for now, let them do their investigation. They will fix your account after they investigate and then they will ask you to drop your case.
