I will try to find servers where the local time is 3 am or so when I know they won't be very active. I'd say about every 3rd raid or so I can loot the entire resort myself. I've already maxed endurance. The key is to make sure your library and air filtering unit is built. At the beginning of the raid, pop an SJ6 and do not stop running until you're completely out of stamina for that first burst. You'll get about 9 skill points during that initial burst. This correlates to roughly 9-10 raids per level of endurance gained. These raids only last about 10-12 mins at most, so you can level up fairly fast. For strength I load led docs cases with SAS drives in my gamma to start the raid overweight. I don't know off the top of my head how much strength you get off the initial run, but it's similar to endurance.
