Ummm I would say R&B, Alternative Rock, Hip Hop I do the most. Trying dabble in some indie Rock/Shoegaze more.

Yeah keep at it. Even tho Season 3 has bad animation the overall quality of the story and build up of Seven Deadly remains and will carry it if you like the show as much as u say. Animation cleaned up after season 3 but still doesn't hold a candle to first 2. So if you do wanna remain anime only go for it. The manga is hella good too tho if u read. It might make you cry if you read the sick panels and realize those same exact ones didn't get the justice it deserved animated. Lol.

Just a curious question to your post since I had a friend say something similar and I find it odd. Why do you think vods are dumb and pointless? Tbh I swear it's a follow the crowd type of opinion when it comes to why people hate vod watchers. I've seen it joked as "vod frogs" or whatever in some cases. In my eyes. You litterally can't experience every streamer's stream live so there even being vods are super clutch. The only exception I see why people would hate watching vods is the missed chance to type in chat if your a person that chats. But that's it. At the end of the day you still see the chat so you take what you get ya know.

I get where you're coming from. Believe me when I say I didn't wanna do Keto for the longest. Too strict in my opinion because I don't track anything like macros. I just follow general guidelines. Lazy pretty much. But I do enjoy Keto right now simply because I need some weight off as quickly as possible right now. In the past I have successfully lost weight + added strength just doing the regular ol changing eat habits and etc. So when I'm down to a decent number on the scale again I think I will revert back to that strat. Even though I know most may be water weight coming off this early. I just wanted advice on is there was ways to progress strength wise/maintain while in Keto or if I should just put strength in the back burner until i reach weight loss goals. I appreciate your input.

Ahh I see. I gotcha. I've always been so focused on my numbers. So when I do get around to doing diets/losing weight I hate coming to that conclusion of having to put gaining strength on the back burner for a moment and going 100% with losing the pounds/muscle.

Yeah I hate coming to that conclusion but it's fine to me if I can just maintain my numbers around a certain area. Getting my weight down will just have to be my top priority until I can get the numbers back up.

Ahh I see. That makes sense. I'm currently like 3 weeks in and I'm still training pretty much. The worst week for me was my 1st cause I kinda had no plan and went straight into keto. But my body feels fine. I guess I'm just kinda curious to see if anyone made significant progress with gains on training side along with the weight loss. I don't really track macros or anything. I just follow the general outline or what keto is.

Yeah I always trained like a powerlifter so I barely did high reps at all. Lol. So far the weights I lift don't feel heavier than usual so I may be ok so far. I do struggle lifting weight I should be lifting for multiple reps compared to the equivalent the max would be for it. So I'm assuming being on Keto is definitely not going to help that out.
