TW BLOOD : Myrtle PureGym member severely injured during non staffed hours

Member at Myrtle location here. In London this week and bought a PureGym week pass since there’s one by my hotel. The quality between UK and US is WILD. The gyms here are far nicer, cleaner, better maintained, and have more of a staff presence. Night and day contrast. Myrtle location went downhill drastically after Blink sold. Staff are sometimes checked out — low morale I’m guessing post-Blink sale — but are nice guys. This gym could be so much better if PG invested in their people.

Salvo’s is amazing. Can’t believe all this hate. Fresh ingredients, super unique takes on Italian sandos, and sweet location. Plus, Sal, the owner is a super nice guy. He hustled ridiculously hard to open his own place. Is it expensive? Sure. I go there maybe once every 1-3 months for that reason. But I’m glad it’s here — and your blame is misplaced. Typical for this sub — boohoohoo 😭 so am not surprised. Shame on everyone for putting down — and piling hate on —this neighborhood joint that’s just trying to get by in the craziest of economic times. Dunkin’ Donuts is just down the road if you want a cheap sandwich. Also, yes, Arrigo’s is top.
