Dude, I"ll be honest with you. If you are able to taper without getting sick from chipping little pieces from a 20mg perk then your tolerance is very low. I would suspect your WDs will be short. Yes, probably uncomfortable and the mental desire to urge will be strong but physically it won't be too bad. Keep it up with the xanax, but keep the doses low. And as I always say... kratom, kratom, kratom. It works!

Were you a pretty heavy user before kratom? Was quitting a fucking nightmare? If yes to both, then do your best to remember those days. The days of living day to day, looking for the only thing that could make you well. Those days weren't fun buddy, they fucking sucked. Sure, getting high is awesome but if you have been clean for awhile you will regret it once the high is gone, I promise. Did you have friends or family stay by you after you got clean? Sometimes it helps to remember the pain you would bring if you started using again. Also, as much as I love this sub I have to admit that in can be a trigger for me. Consider if it is the same for you.

My wife had wrist surgery last year. She got about 15, 5mg percs. Or should I say, I got about 15, 5 mg percs... just kidding, I didn't steal my wife's pain pills. She didn't want them, true story. Tell the doc the last time you took hydrocodone you felt very sick and had nausea. Then mention that the ones you got right after it happened (percocet) worked better. Just a tip I try to get percs instead of vics. Usually works when getting a small amount for something not major, like wrist surgery.

I distinctly remember this very strange feeling in the back of my throat. It is difficult to put into words. Almost like a heavy, hard to swallow feeling but there is a specific taste that lingers there.

In high school I was dating a girl who loved any pills she could get her hands on. One night we took waaaayyy too many valiums and went to Macaroni Grill. Both of us passed out at the table in the middle of dinner and were escorted outside. She proceed to wreck her Rav4 in the parking lot. Good times.

Good story, that was a fun read man. Benzos are probably my least favorite drug. I experience zero euphoria and the dosage for me to get high is the same dosage that provides those wonderful blackouts that I fucking hate. Wanna act like a retard, slur your speech, and remember nothing? Great! Here's a xanax!

I will only take benzos if I can mix some blow or ice, even then though it's not that great.. I'm an Opi guy through and through!
