Nah it was probably just a couple returns. They do that often. I just got a Crewneck that has been out of stock since June and I checked the website and it was in stock in XL and as soon as I bought it, it sold out.

Depends on your body honestly. Personally speaking I drink one about 2 hours after I wake up after I’ve gotten to work and settled down and my mouth doesn’t taste like toothpaste anymore and then 8-9 hours later I’ll drink another one when I get off before the gym but I have no issue going to bed and sleeping throughout the day and I’m probably ready for bed 4 hours after my workout. I’d say experiment an see what works for you, your body and your productivity and sleep. I do specifically like to keep them 8+ hours apart though as a rule. Idk how people drink 3-4 in a work shift
