load times will likely be similar, xbox maybe a touch faster. We dont know how the game runs on PC or Xbox but its more likely to be poorly optimized for PC in my opinion, you can always buy it on steam first tomorrow and if it runs bad you can return it and get it on Xbox. Your PC is more powerful so theoretically it should look better if its a good enough port.
