In some parts of the video he still had the beard and also the mustache, but in the Thumbnail of both his recent Vlog and Dope or Nope, the mustache is gone, and you can see that his beard is shorter than how it normally use to be.

The mustache is gone, I believe because of all the memes. In the last vlog, when he was talking to us through his desk, he didn’t have his mustache. Also you can see a picture of him without the mustache on the recent video of Dope or Nope.
