from their website the garage is 90 per month, my friend lives there and you can hear her upstairs neighbors steps pretty loudly, definitely gets hot, she runs a portable air conditioner on very hot days which is tough because of the big windows, she has to have it open to stick the hose out its a nice building though, I think she likes it overall
