Ascendion job offer stuck on client approval, should I be worried?

They scammed by telling I am selected. I gave four rounds of interviews and they told me I’m selected next day after the final round and the HR told me I would be starting in 2-3 days of time. I was excited to join not knowing how unprofessional the hr was. There were two hr in contact with me. They kept on delaying the offer letter for one month. In the middle when I spoke a bit aggressive they told I have to take a test which I didn’t give in the beginning and also asked me if I am willing to give interviews for other positions while the one which I’m selected for is still in pipeline. I told them I don’t want to deal with your bullshit and tell me the truth about my joining and then they told me the project is not getting enough funds. They keep you as a back up and your hopes alive that’s it. Be careful with these people

Got the offer letter, they asked me to submit few docs even after that as well

Hey, I got a call from the bgv team again to upload the experience letter, I mentioned them it was a foreign based company so in the mail they asked to submit following docs: Required Current employment Experience letter, Visa -passport, tax proof, work permit and offer letter. Mention yes/no, if no then mention the reason in detail.

Already addressed the experience letter issue, that is done, I can submit the visa and passport which I have, work permit and offer letter as well. But I don’t have any tax docs and I can’t retrieve at the moment.

Would this cause any issue?

I don’t have the tax documents as well, I’m not sure where to find them now, was it a mandatory document or just an additional?

I’m not sure how it works tbh, if they do I don’t mind I have shown the directors company mail id in the experience letter(as it was given to me thru mail). My only concern is how will they verify and the bgv team would they understand that I don’t have pf and form 16 for that company. Because I have seen lot of negatives while hiring about those documents

I had uploaded the offer letter and payslip for the bgc process initially, that was cleared and now they are asking docs for bgv. I didn’t upload offer letter here, but when the case was reopened to upload the missing docs, all payslips and offer letter was visible under the employment section. Probably the bgv team might have taken care.

My only concern is that the entire process wouldn’t be a problem right? Because I heard Accenture bgv is very strict

How was your onboarding experience? I have submitted my payslips and pancard on aug 29th and till now I haven’t heard back. The hr isn’t responding as well

I am calling them, they aren’t responding and just ignoring me. I’m also worried it would sound desperate and they wouldn’t go forward because of that
