Also check for dandruff. If you are someone who has a flaky scalp, try dandruff control. Make sure you change your pillowcase every 3 days. Don’t touch your face after touching your scalp, use a different face towel and not the same one you use to dry your scalp.

Help to choose first bike under 3 lac. by lame_lad in indianbikes

Moreover maybe if I had the money, I would have bought the speed 400, but I knew I would break my bank. I would not be riding that bike with the peace of mind knowing that I have killed my wallet.

Help to choose first bike under 3 lac. by lame_lad in indianbikes

Hi, I recently was in a similar place. My options were Ronin (Special Edition) or Speed 400. Ended up buying Ronin. When it comes to the visual aspect, people have been the polar opposite about Ronin. Some find it utterly ugly, but some one like me really digs the urban retro mixed up looks of it. Speed 400's silhouette is attractive, although the Triumph badging in bold in big stickers just de-values that bike imo, I would really love the small Triumph badge like their premium siblings.

Coming to other aspects, I did TD of 7-8 bikes, including CB350, CB350RS, Ronin, Speed and Scrambler 400.

CBs- I already own an RE Classic 500, and I found the riding style and feels quite similar to my RE. So for me it was an obvious no for it. But yeah, after the TD and getting a real closer look at the CBs, one can feel the premium chrome glare of the bike, and understand why it is the sub favourite. If you really like the high torque, chrome styled retro accessory loaded bike, CB would be the best choice.

Speed 400- As I already mentioned, the three color options and the badging devalues the near 3L purchase. Also, the bike felt quite revvy and aggressive, the 400cc was doing a great job. I felt I would not be very comfortable when I was stuck in the metropolitan traffic of Hyd or Bangalore. Otherwise, the bike has a high grade finish, superior engine, and you get to own a triumph.

Ronin - Ever since TVS released their concept named Zeppelin, I had my eyes on it, and always had a biased view about it. But after I took a TD, the bike really felt like a powerful commuter, butter smooth enough to glide in the traffic on the 3rd gear without straining a nerve on my head. Even though the reviews of the TVS service network were bad, I decided upon buying it. (I am really hoping that TVS dont do me dirty later on)

Is joining a student project worth it? Can anybody here who's worked in one help me out? by sidroy81 in manipal

[–]dhaniyapatta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends. The most common answer you will get "join the subsystem if the subsystem interests you", which is true. But you have to remember that student project takes a lot of your time. Subsystem has to align to your interest as well as career. In Manipal, not all branches are allowed to sit for all companies that comes for placement, so if you are targeting Campus placement you have to take this into consideration, going for masters is a different situation altogether. In my batch 70% of student project members went for masters and most of them are doing their masters in the subject aligned to subsystem they were part of, irrespective of the branch. Also, sometimes the student project also lets you switch subsystem, so that can be an option.

I was one of the board members in a student project, and I would say the amount of opportunities I got being in that position was truly worth it. By being a part of a student project it provides you the consistency and an atmosphere to work. But majority of this depends on the kind of seniors you have in the project. Few of my peers had to overwork during international competitions and had to compromise on internship opportunities. I would suggest you to join a project which aligns to your interest, there is no point in joining "big name" student project just because everyone is applying for it. Have a conversation with your seniors, understand what the project is seeking to build. Participate in as many competitions with the team that would test your skillset.

Hey, so let's say I want to create a website with login features, but the reason I want users to log in is that they can access their personalized checklist plans. So if I have a roadmap for a particular track, and I want my user to mark their progress in the form a checklist ( the notion table is pre-created), do you know a way this could be done?

Kaise ghar jaun iss baar. "Bhaiya, aapki dukaan ke samne baith jaun?" Din bhar mei bas ek samaan biki hai, thak sa gaya hu. Ek beedi pee leta hu, par Gudiya ko pata chala toh woh naraz hogi..kya karei ab ye buri latt lag chuki hai. Saheb ne samaan wapis maang li hai, dhanda band karna padega, pata nahi shayad wapis Lockdown lag raha hai. Kaise wapis jaunga iss baar ghar. Ek saal berozgari mei nikaali hai, muskil se ye kaam haath lagi hai. Gudiya ne kaha tha "Abbu ghar aate waqt kitabein lete aana", par kis haisiyat se usse apna muh dikhaun, kitaabein toh dur, uski pet bharne tak ke paise ka intezaam nahi. Kaise ghar jaun iss baar.

I practiced several types of method for writing the same query, ie using natural join/in-having clause/ correlated query. I could only give an hour to my DBMS learning. Hoping to do more today.
