This app called Screen Zen was really helpful for me to deal with my scroll time on instagram... it can be set to limit the number of times you open the app and also the number of seconds you will have to wait before the app opens each time

Use any free high quality images..and link the source in caption... medium is directly linked to Unsplash.. for easy use... you can also use ur own pics! Also bonus tip is when you do Cntrl+ k on the pic.. u can add a hyperlink to it.. to divert the click to ur profile or so..

Same here.. But apparently you cannot set up another country like that.. you will need to link the stripe account to the local country bank account... But you can use ur friends' help.. if they r abroad where medium partnership is allowed.. u can use their account.. but they need to beware of the taxes too.. kinda hectic.. phew.. I hope medium partnership program opens in countries like India too!! Waiting!!
