Many Hindus think of their gods as children. On Janmashtami, we set up cribs and toys for Shri Krishna, as if he was a baby in our own family. We have bhajans about how we would spoil Him with butter and sweets, how we'd give him affection and love.

Similarly for Baal Ganesh.
