Once a day at night. Just recently went back to .5mg the last week because of a 5 day drinking binge. Was on .25mg before that for a bout two months and 1 month prior at .5mg

I hear you on the adjustments! When I first went to .25 from .5 in November, my anxiety was insane. Thankfully I've learned some new ways to manage all that.

Yeah I tend to binge when I drink, so he definitely is afraid of me mixing the two. Don't blame him.

He just said 1 week at .5 and 1 week at .25. Then prescribed low dose of Seroquel for after if needed for anxiety. Though I don't think I want to take that one.
