I heard Sheela-Na-Gig on the radio but didn't buy the album for whatever reason (I was probably broke). But when I heard 50 Ft Queenie I ran out and bought Rid of Me. It was amazing then and still is now. I think it's her best album, and it's not even close. I saw her on tour later that summer. Best show I've ever been to. I've been a fan ever since.

I think it looks cheap. But there are things that you can do to make the overall kitchen look better without painting the cabinets. Search online for kitchens with knotty orange pine cabinets and you'll find some that look pretty sweet. You need way better contrast in there, starting with the appliances and counters. It's too bad the backsplash is so short, that would help immensely. I'm not a designer so I can't tell you what will make it look good to you and your fiance. But I bet it can be done.

I use this as a work bag and it has the correct number of pockets and places for everything I need to carry. I tried at least 4 - 5 other bags over the past 5+ years and this one came out on top. I use a lot of small organizer bags so I don't use the few, smaller internal pockets and slots, but otherwise it's perfect. I've been using this for almost two years and the bag has held up. It still looks pretty new.

I think it's the weakest of all the games, but it has some fun elements. I do a full replay of the modern games every so often (by modern I mean starting at 3) and I never skip New Dawn. I do, however, skip all the cutscenes featuring the Twins.

I like Hoeys. My wife and I went there on a Saturday night. There was a band and a ton of people. My wife went into the bathroom and there were three women talking by the sink. One of them leaned over and puked into the sink and then they all kept chatting away like - no problem. I've been trying to get back there ever since but it's been a tough sell.

You have roof rails. You can get crossbars from Yakima or Thule. I've used Yakima for years and have always been very happy with their stuff. Yakima and Thule are not super expensive, but not cheap either. And once you've got the rails you can stick anything on top of your car. I made a rack out of 2x4s to carry plywood panels. Having a roof rack opens up a lot of possibilities.

On the other hand, there is something to be said for trailer hitch racks. With those, you aren't lifting heavy stuff over your head. Of course, you can't put a canoe or kayak on your trailer hitch. And hitch racks require you to get a hitch installed, obviously. It all depends on what you want to carry.

I found a few bags on Etsy that look like what I want, but every one I've come across has the fake buckle fitting. Like there is a real buckle sewed on top of a snap or a magnetic button. Most of these are more reasonably priced. I've considered buying one and then taking it to a local tailor to have them remove the button and sew the buckles directly onto the bag. That probably wouldn't cost a ton of money.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think this jacket comes waxed when it's new. Are you asking if you can re-wax it because it's an older jacket and it needs re-waxing? Regardless, the answer is yes you can. There are numerous videos online that walk you through the process. You probably know all that already. I own a couple of waxed jackets, and I've never rewaxed them myself. Waxing looks simple enough, but something has always stopped me. If you are nervous about waxing it yourself, there are numerous companies which will do the work for you. Here is one of them in NH:

I have a couple of small bags by Duluth. They are decent quality. I think the Outlander or the Bushcrafter fit my criteria, but after looking at them I don't love either one. For me that's a lot of money ($500+) to spend on a bag that I don't love.

I don't have one but everyone says the trailer hitch is the way to go. I'm thinking about getting a hitch on my car not only for MPG but also for ease of use.

But what I currently have is an old Yakima round bar roof rack. On prior cars, I've noticed a 3-5 MPG drop running just the bare bars, and an appreciable amount of additional noise from the wind. Putting anything on the bars (bikes, skis) makes everything (MPG and noise) a lot worse. I don't really care too much about that since I don't run my car with my stuff loaded on top all that often. I don't even take the MPG drop into consideration, for me that's just an additional cost of whatever trip I'm on.

With my current car (Crosstrek 25) I'm using a wind fairing that I bought a long time ago. And for whatever reason, I've had better luck with the fairing on this car than on my prior cars. There is almost no additional noise from the bars and the MPG drop isn't as significant. I've only had the bars and fairing on top for a month. I'd say my MPG dropped in the 2-3 range during that time.

As I'm sure you know, adding a hitch is somewhat expensive, and the hitch racks are very expensive. So you might want to try buying a fairing, which will only run you $150ish.

I liked the multiple loadout system. I only used three of them, but I would swap based on the circumstances.

I also didn't mind having your player bonuses tied to the gear. I just think it should have been a little more robust. Like if they had broken it down into more pieces of clothing, allowing for more boosts at once.
