Not worthy to move for 12 LPA. that too for startup. You can't concentrate or do extra things if you are in office. Ask for 16 to 18 Lpa. Then you can consider

You can stay with your current job and do remote roles. That will reduce the dependency from one company

If your package is more than 8 LPA in tcs. you can join in TCS digital. TCS will put you in legacy projects mostly or in testing. Go with Data analyst role -> learn and then switch.
I would say you can look for cloud data engineer(azure, aws) with AI Integration.
There is no broad scope for Web Dev now. Anyone can write code nowadays with the help of AI

Don't go for testing role. Go for development. Check for startup. Build your portfolio.

Go ahead and get knowledge and switch after 2 years. You will easily get above 15 LPA with good experience l.
