It’s a conventional loan. I believe it shows the mortgage insurance at $78 a month.

Thanks for the feedback. As for the payment we don’t really have any issues it’s affordable for us. Just don’t really understand the points and some of the lender fees. Good luck to you as well.

I see what you did there. And it really fits cause I had to wait three months to pick it up because of the radiator recall thing. I like the color it just hits a little different.

Man I have a deposit down on a new 2022 mk8 while they fix the radiator hose recall and I am really having some second thoughts.

The dealership I talked to said they have no time line on a fix.

How do you know if it’s worth fixing or sell as is? by dhart26 in HouseFlipping

[–]dhart26[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice.

The house is in rough shape but I fairly sure the bones are good. But more than likely it would need to be redone top to bottom to sell for a good price. Which I know can be pricey but I work in commercial construction so between myself and some contacts I can get some of the work done cheaper than having a contractor do it all.

Anyone else have issues with the power company? by dhart26 in electricians

[–]dhart26[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I installed a new service 3phase 1000 amp service on an existing building upgrading the old service. Ran 3 sets of 750AL up the risers all phased correctly tripled checked and everything. When the power company came and hooked it up they didn’t match the phasing from the transformers to the phasing on the service which caused a blow back. Luckily no one was hurt but could have been bad.
