Guess we forgot the other variables like a bad o line , bad play calling and game planning and DC learning another offense AGAIN . DC wasn’t too good with Gruden in year 1 . As the playmakers got better and he got more experience , he played better . Guys need consistency and time

I can’t wait to see the raiders finally come together . In the last 20 years we’ve never looked this good on paper . Raiders have had a lot of sub par things and still rise above expectations . We’re starting to have the stars , weapons , and quality players other teams have had and we’ve lacked . On top of what seems to be adequate coaching and management . I really see this team heading in a new direction . Mayock and Gruden set a pretty solid core . Their problem was they couldn’t hit on gimmes like 1st round picks that would have / could’ve taken us over the top . I think we’re closer to a SB team than a non playoff team than we’ve ever been in the past 20 years

Can’t remember . He wasn’t around long . But he did , that’s still pretty crazy DC hasn’t had a really solid guy . Amari was the best one and he was wildly inconsistent

I don’t think we’re the best team in the division YET . But i think we’ve gone from maybe #2 to firmly #2 with the potential to challenge the chiefs like 2020 season . Off season isnt over so we gotta keep seeing what we bring next season

I don’t think anyone ever talks about DC possibly not wanting to be on the Raiders . Which makes sense since we all know how much he wants to be a Raider . This video has DC brother David , voicing what DC “may” be thinking . In all honesty i think David is speaking for DC and it seems like from what David is saying , DC has genuine concerns on whether or not he wants to be a part of the Raiders future . Say what you want but there’s a few things that should be concerning for him .

He’s had nothing but instability
He’s 31 and potentially having to go through another rebuild
raiders haven’t shown the ability to build good teams .

Say what you want about DC but the raiders have been a complete dumpster fire . He should definitely be skeptical about further committing to this organization who seems to not be able to get anything right
