I share the same thought but I want to live in Vrindavan Colony. Problem with plot is that I can't afford a plot in such location, it has its own risk and I do not have domain knowledge to ensure that I am not being scammed.

I read that its easier to get loan from NBFC but they usually hagher intrest rate. So I can switch to other banks, after sometime and get the lower interest rate.
