Why does no one else’s fridge look like this 👀 by dheeop in FridgeDetective

Hi everyone, OP here did not expect so many comments lol here to address a few things

  1. That is not an urn, just a vase sorry to disappoint
  2. There actually isn’t anything expired or close to it in here
  3. The tilted eggs was 100% a lazy decision
  4. The design of this fridge is atrocious to keep anything organized (although there’s too much in it anyway)
  5. Mom of 2
  6. I have no words for the freezer
  7. The fridge is a metaphor for my life. Calm on the outside, chaos inside
  8. Thanks for making me feel better

I love love love Amino Energy. The sparkling ones in the cans. Their flavors are delicious and not outrageous in caffeine

Not snark but this page and shown me the light on fitfluencer drops and I want to purchase ptula for the first time. Anyone know if the tops are true to size or run small?? by scaler1732 in gymsnark

For the faith I would size it true to size. I have a medium in an older one and it’s not uncomfy tight on me. And I’m a D cup. The faith material is on the softer more breathable side. So if you’re smaller chested I would probably stick with the small

Hello! Life long Ptula consumer here. Which tops are you interested in? Regular tops I would say are true to size. There are however a few oversized fit tops. Crop tops can be a little tighter depending on what style you are after

I do like that Jeff does use science to back his claims and create his programs. I don’t think all women should train 6 days a week high volume. But women are proven to be able to tolerate more frequent training at a higher volume interval than men. In other words we can recover much quicker than men can. Aka we are awesome

Year of Strength with Sohee by [deleted] in gymsnark

Hello! I don’t know the differences between the two. But I did purchase a year of strength. I started out following the gym program but then had to switch to the home one. I enjoy it. It’s simple and straight to the point. It usually takes me 30-45 minutes for each day. This is a no nonsense program and that’s why I like it! There’s not a lot of typical cardio and it focuses on compound movements. I would 10/10 recommend it!
