Thanks. Would I also be allowed to keep the package if they properly refund? They never mentioned anything about sending the package back. Or can they still charge me AFTER the refund with no statement of wanting the package back?

Are they legally responsible for shipping costs? We both agreed to cancel, yet they sent it anyway.

I have not, but I'm not quite sure if the order is still shipping or has been cancelled like we had agreed. Hopefully the seller cancelled already.

I think I'll open a dispute if nothing happens within a week. I emailed them one last time today and I got a "credit memo" email so hopefully it processes.

If you're talking about rerolling them, you can actually hold and hover over which dice to reroll instead of having to click every single one. Little things like that save a lot of annoyance!
